East Mountain Christian Academy exists to provide a Christian learning experience and atmosphere where children are encouraged and guided to reach their full potential at each grade level. Experiences include variety of practices, interaction between peers and teachers, and academically challenging, yet appropriate teaching tools. The atmosphere is a loving, safe place where the children can explore their potential and limitations without fear of failure. Spiritual development is encouraged through chapel presentations and living examples by the teachers and staff. We believe that children that learn respect for self, social responsibility, critical thinking, creative thinking and how to use a variety of sources of information will develop a sense of responsibility for their own learning that will serve them long after they leave this school.
